Generator Coffee House & Bakery is more than just a coffee shop. We are a local, family-owned business on the square in Downtown Garland, Texas, with a history for great food, great coffee and tea. We source our coffee from a local roasting company that provides organic fair-trade coffees.

Come take a look in our dessert case. Our pies are made fresh daily in our kitchen. Try a piece of Maple Walnut, French Coconut, Fudge Pecan, Buttermilk, Lemon Chess, or the daily special. Take home a whole pie or feel free to order pies for your special event.
Cookies – we bake cookies every day. Chocolate chunk, lemon cream, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, walnut snowball plus many more. Order a few dozen for your next party.

Coffee is so much of what we do. Organic, free-trade Bolivian or our Taste of Texas (with a hint of pecan) that is locally roasted and ground fresh during the day, proves to serve you with a fabulous cup of drip coffee.
